I bought a Home. For 284,000 now my home is worth 211,000. With the forclosure rate and the fall of prices in homes Lennar is not helping with any of this. Its like an item that you buy at the store If you find it cheaper you can take the item back and recieve a refundof what the item is now worth. I think the same should of happened with the price of my home we are blaming the mortgage company. They are getting theres by the forclosure rates but Lennar and many home builders are not getting blamed for their actions I think if the rates of the homes dropped. Lennar and many home builders should of refunded any extra money to the mortgage companies. I feel really strong about this Home builders and mortgage companies working together to help the customer. Something needs to change to stop the forclosure rate and help the customers.
