We bought a house this past year, (built-in 2005)... And also have a laundry-list of contractor flaws, which Lennar claims they're not accountable for. To top everything of, the Lennar Repetitions were hateful that people were worrying them about these flaws. A dripping ceiling above my kids mattress isn't any joking subject in my experience whenever we are purchasing a FRESH house. Questionable individuals employed by Lennar and anywhere Mr. Lennar is, they possibly do not care so long as money is moving. IM today caught unlsee you want to market for half what we owe or leave... However, you may still save your self lots of suffering. Should younot worry about quality, then purchase from Lennar.
