Big problems with mr. Rooter dfw
FYI if you have a problem with a job, do not pay the bill. I did and then they used that against me, saying I should have refused to pay if I didn't agree. Silly me. I thought the right thing to do was show good faith by paying it and then discussing it with a manager in the office. Little did I know that the owner/operator, Mark McGaughy, does not condescend to speak to customers. After 6 weeks (part of the delay was on my part), I met with Mark yesterday. Rather than attempt to understand my concerns, he schooled me on how customers are expected to do business with him and his company. Saying that he was unprofessional is an understatement. Doing business with this company is a big risk because if you have any kind of issue it will somehow be your fault. And you will know this because Mark will tell you so it not so nice terms.
