I was in Sears Store at 159th & Harlem yesterday to buy a quart of paint. I had the original can and the girl made up a gallon. I told her I wanted a quart. They tried selling me the gallon and I told them it would be a waste of my money since I only needed to touch up. Then they told me they couldn't make the quart in the color I wanted. There wasn't enough room in the can. That there's a certain amount of ounces needed to make a color and there wasn't enough room in the can, What? I took it to Menard's and they had no problem matching up the paint or making a quart of it. From now on, I will be visiting Menard's for all my home needs. Thanks Sears for the lousy and inadequate service. Menard's also told me that Sears should have sold me the gallon for the same price as a quart as that was their mistake. To make a mistake and then try to lie about it does not sit well with me.in today's market, every consumer is looking for the best deal and I didn't get it from your store.
