This man is one of the worst contractors that I have seen. He did not pay me for commissions that were due. When I asked him to sit down and go over the files, he told me that he did not even have the money to pay me. He said if I brought in more jobs then he could get me paid. I have have 22 Calls this month about how S*itty this guy is.
One homeowner told me that Robert told him to stop calling his office, he was F'in sick of him calling. The homeowner has a $23,000 claim that is not fullfilled. All the man wanted to tell him is that, Roberts siding guy did not install the siding properly. On top of that, Robert would order materials that wasn't even what the customer agreed to.
