My home has defective masonite siding installed. Home maintenance has been kept up to no avail. The siding continues to rot. There is a 25 year warranty that masonite refuses to honor. They state the builder and homeowner are at fault. This has been going on for the past year. Last month we received the official letter stating they will not honor the warranty. They are a rotten company that manufactures rotten siding. They should be held accountable.
