Alderete pools inc has been nothing but a nightmare for my whole family! We contracted with alderete pools inc in july for what we thought was going to make our back yard the paradise we had always dreamed, for a total price of 73,054.00. We called alderete pools after reading their website.
That was the first lie.
The pool was eventually dug in november, we thought well at least we will have a pool for the summer, ha ha. I remember how silly we felt sitting in a blow up kiddie pool ten feet from a huge whole in the ground thinking how great that 80 degree heat would feel if our pool was done. Oh well at least we finally had a hole! Every corner we turned there was problems. Every time we called to wonder about the delay after not seeing anyone for weeks. They would tell us the P.M. Was not with them anymore.
I believe we had five project managers throughout the duration of our pool being built. We have had plumbing problems, pump problems, leaks under the deck, our side of the spa jack hammered up for several months. The ozonater fell off the wall they screwed it to. All the equipment is sitting on these shabby pieces of concrete that are not even big enough for the equipment and not at all level. The heater cooler has been a headache. The spa goes into cooldown mode once it reaches the set temp, so we have to jump out and turn everthing off really fast so our spa doesn't suck all the cold pool water into it while we are relaxing. The spa blowers blow the water straight up into the air and out of the spa. Beadcrete is blotchy and peeling.
One huge disappointment!
