We had a 40x20 in ground pool installed by JMK Pools in 2004 which was great.
At the end of the season we had a proffessional pool company close it for the winter.
When we opened the pool in May we noticed the concrete pool decking about 40 feet had lifted above the tile border about 5/8" inch.
When I called Mike gagliardi the owner of JMK Pools he said that was normal, I have never seen any pool decks do this and he is unwilling to come back and fix it.
I have since had a structual engineer look at it and say this is not normal and needs to be corected before any other damage takes place.
JMK refuses to fix it.
I would not reccommend JMK because they do not stand behind their installations.
Think twice before getting a jmk pool
