Alderete Pools Claims they did not build my pool, so they refuse to repair falling tiles!

Alderete built my pool and barbecue center. Tiles from barbecue center falling off. Alderete says they did not build my pool and barbecue center!!! So, they refuse to do re-fix falling tiles. City files and city inspector will testify that they did.
