I purchased Sobakowa cloud pillows through National Express of Norwalk CT. I paid 35.99 for two pillows (if you purchased on you got one free). Because the pillows held such a strong chemical smell that it was making me phyically ill, I returned the pilows and paid postage to return the pillows.

When I received my refund check it was only for 19.99. I contacted the company to inquire why it way only this amount and not the 35.89 I had paid including S/H. They told me that the balance was not paid back because it was the cost for the shipping and handling.

Essentially I not only did not have the product but I also ended up paying $16.00 for the original shipping and handling and at least another 7-8 dollars to ship product back. What a rip off. I would have kept the pillows if I knew it was going to cost all that much money. I would have rather thrown them in the trash than send them back and incure such a financial loss for nothing.
