I bought the Sobakawa pillows from the TV add.
When I called to purchase them it was an automated answer machine and they overcharged me. They make it very confusing to order.
When you try to straight it up, it is just impossible.
If you try to return them, you end up paying for shipping and handling and returning fees (more expensive than just keeping those horrible pillows.)
Do not buy those pillows over the phone / TV adds, because you'll end up paying for the more expensive and horrible pillows you 'll ever seen in your life.
It is a big big scam. Don't fall for it.
