I think their computer is having a problem. I tried to back out of the order and it submitted it now under #9496623. It was my understanding that the pillow was 19.98 plus 9.98 shipping, plus I wanted one more pillow for only the 9.98 shipping. Then there was a $5.00 discount per order. I expected to pay about $35.00 for my two pillows, including shipping. Please correct the credit card charge and let me know that you have received this email and taken the needed action. Linda
