I ordered one set of pillows from total pillows by phone. I was unable to talk to a live person. The only way to order was to use the buttons on the phone or speak the order to a computer. While trying to order the voice tried to get me to order other products. I finally gave up and hung up the phone. A few days latter a box came from them with five sets of pillows. The charge to my credit card was $193.99 for the one pillow I tried to order. I spoke to Matt #944 who told me to send the pillows back at my expense and they will not refund the shipping which is about $80.00 or the cost of shipping it back. I am sending the pillows back and if this was a reliable company they would refund the total amount as it was their mistake and from what I read on the internet complaints done purposely.
