I purchased 2 quilts for my toddlers beds on February 17. After 3 weeks and no shipping confirmation I began emailing the customer support number. I have made numerous phone calls, emails, and various other attempts to contact these people and have not received any response except they are experiencing technical difficulties and will get the order out soon. Other than that I do not get a response. I have been requesting a refund for the past 2 weeks and have had no luck their either.
