Ripoff dishonest display of product, not what you get West Cheste

Last summer I ordered and received a product that was not complete. The photo in the magazine showed my item to be two parts. When I comlained to the company they said only the pruner and not the handle was the twenty five dollar item. I was angry and called again when I was told that the handle was no longer available but I could send the pruner back for a credit.

Since this is heavy and very well made I decided that maybe we could somehow make a handle. Now I receive in the mail another catalog, some six months later, and there it is again ready to go to another poor customer. It must be that they still have some left so there they go again, misleadung the public. The very first line under the photo says"Prune branches up to 13 feet away, above or below the water" With no hanlle, that is not possible! {sorry I am new at this computer and I cannot indent}
