Refused to deliver furniture after payment in full

On 11/07/03 I went to Gallery Furniture and placed an order for 1,360.00 worth of furniture. That same day I made a deposit of 100.00, four days later 11/11/03 I made another payment of $200.00, both payments were made with a credit card. I returned to the store on 12/19/03 and made a cash payment of $393.00 That payment paid off my entire 8 piece bedroom set and a computer table and 100.00 deposit for the remaining items.

I received my bedroom set, but was told the driver forgot the computer table on 12/20/03. On December 21 I drove to the store and told the store clerk that there were no instructions, the bed frame was missing a screw, the dresser doors had no screw (I went to office depot and purchased them myself), and that the mirror was missing parts to hold it up. The sales clerk sent the lifter to help me, I drove him to my home and he spent ~20mins and said that it was fixed. I drove him back to the store, by the time I got home the mirror had fallen off, and broked.

I drove back to the store with the mirror and explained to the clerk what happened. He told me to leave the mirror and he will let the manager know the next day, and that the manager would call me. The next day went by and I received no call, I called the store and was told each time 2 hrs. Later, I went to the store at 7:20pm, and waited until 8:10 and he never came. I was told that he will call me the next day again. The next day 12/22/03 I woke up to find that the headboard had fallen off and broken (I have pics).

I went to the store ~10am to speak to the manager, he was there and without listening to the problems I was having he stated that he believed I broked the mirror and did not see why he should replace it. He then added that I would have to physically bring in the head board for him to decide if he would replace it and he would not send anyone to pick it up. I said I'll protest until he did what was right. Since that day I never got my furniture nor my money. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter, but the manager Lady refuses to.
