I purchased a Dining room table from Leon Furniture and was satisfied with the sales process. When the product was delivered they accidently tighten the leg to tight and broke the brace. I was ensured that they would replace the table.
I made several phone calls and was ensured that someone "from the warehouse" would call me each time. I never received a call back. Fed-up, I decided to call and get their fax number to share with them the email I was about to send to the Better Business Bureau. T he owner answered and I told him of my delima and that I was going to inform the Better Business Bureau of the situation.
His exact words to me were..." go ahead and do that and I will make sure you are not taken care of."
Stunned - I asked him to repeat that and he did. I could not believe that a business owner would represent his company with a threat of no service when threaten to be reported to the BBB.
They replaced my table and I am distancing myself as far away as I can from this company. This company, lead by the owner, has no concerns toward customer service. So much so they will threaten you with no action if you complain.
