No order - no refund

I requested printed candles to get a Christmas present prior to the vacation. On December 22, I obtained a observe that the things were “no longer available” which I'd get a refund check. Up to now (February 27), after repeated connection with the organization, I've yet to get a return. I've required that I be studied off their directory listing. I do want to alert others about NapaStyle’s misleading and deceptive business pratices.
