I bought a wine gift set from Grapegifts via a Groupon offer - £20 for a bottle of fine wine and gift set worth £75.

This was paid for and ordered at the start of November. I bought this for a Christmas present and thought I would receive it in plenty of time, however as it came closer to Christmas I soon realised that I may not get the gift set. On the 15th of Dec I contacted the Company (via e-mail as the telephone had an auto message) asking for status of my order. I didn't hear back from them so sent another e-mail on the 21st (their answerphone message stated that all orders should be received by latest Tuesday). I had yet to receive my order. My e-mail requested a refund as it became apparent that they were not going to deliver the item before Christmas.

Late on the 21st I received an e-mail claiming that my order has been despatched on a 24hr service and should be with me on the 22nd. I did not receive the order the following day. On the 23rd I sent another e-mail again requesting a full refund.

I arrived back from Christmas to find an item waiting for me at work. The item that I was told was dispatched on the 21st was actually dispatched on the 28th. I no longer want it and have made many attempts to contact the company but all i get is an answerphone message or an auto reply e-mail.

- Can anyone help? I am disappointed and angry with this Company.
