I ordered embossed candles for a Christmas gift in advance of the holiday. On December 22, I received notice that the items were "no longer available" and that I would receive a refund check.
To date (February 26), after repeated contact with the company, I have yet to receive a refund. I have requested to be removed from their catalog mailing list.
I want to warn others about NapaStyle's deceptive and fraudulant business practices.
