I bought over $ 5000 in furniture and the sales representative talked about the great warranty. Only she forgot to mention everything she was selling me on was a lie. Three months after our big purchase our child was drawing on her lap desk and end up getting a pen mark on the arm of love seat. The person who came to clean it made a mistake and wrecked the end fabric where he tried to clean. Which wasnt my complaint because I understand accidents happen. The problem came when the company who does the warranty sent me the letter saying they no longer make the furniture we originally bought. They re option was to"buy" the love seat for $ 400! Buy the love seat that we already bight and they would give us a gift certificate to pick out something else for $ 300! What a joke! I didn't spend $ 5000 to end up with mismatch furniture. I specifically asked the sales lady what would happen if they no longer make the piece that's damaged and she told me they fix the actual piece. To top it off when I called the manager he told me the same thing the sales representative did.in the end I bought a warranty that is No good!
