I am the owner of a 2009 Cadillac that I purchased last Sept. 2009. I have a problem with water leaking into the vehicles trunk. I brought the car to the dealer twice already and still have a leak. Parts needed GM refuses to supply dealer because dealer is in bankruptcy. Part needed not avialable in US waiting for part.in addition GM has stalled on reinbursment of rental car. No loaners were available from dealer who told me to send bill to GM. GM specialist handling case has promised to resolve complaint but has not called back when scheduled and does not answer my phone calls. Asked for supervisor over him but never got a call back. Very Frustrated!
