General Motors Customer Service Refuses to Provide Service

My 2005 Cadillac STS had the rear window shatter for no reason. Dealer agreed to fix. No problem. Problem started when Roadside Assistance tow truck picked up my car. Driver damaged the car loading it. Loaded it backward, so broken glass trashed the paint and the front windshield.

Cadillac says "talk to Roadside"
Roadside says "talk to Cadillac"
Both entities refuse to help.
