One 8-6. Under their service dept, employee's (Sam) referral, we have towed our 1999 Cadillac by AOK auto transport to above address dealer. Sam called us on 8-8, our car need a head gasket and will cost $5,400.00. When we told her to fix it for us, she told us that it will be done by 8-15 or 8-16 (Friday). Sam told my son that after they repair it to make sure everything is working—they will take the car "a long drive". On 8-14, Sam called and told us that one of pistons are creaked. Now we need use engine (at $5.00 and plus WA state tax) or rebuilt one ($7,800.00 with WA. State tax). From the begin, I told Sam that we are Wisconsin resident and we have our second home at 8264 cowichan rd, Blaine, WA. Our resident is 1620W. We were unable to check our vehicle damages but my son will go to dealer and check it.
After my son review the damage, we decide to purchase used car (2011 Caliber) with trade in value of 1999 Cadillac for $1,000.00 (sells dept, manager name is Mr. Michael Springer. [email protected].) but later when it comes to calculating the price of the used car which we wanted to purchase, he only gave us $500.00 for tread in price. And he said that he have to give $500.00 to shop cost. That would total $1,000.00 tread in value. We purchased 1999 Cadillac in Milwaukee, WI. Cadillac dealer and also own CTS. My husbadn (Daniel R. Rakowski) loves Cadillac and we are good customer to GM. Even we both retied from Chrysler Corp. (as auto part inspector in QC. Dept) we do have Jeep also.
Most discussing horrible experience we ever deal with any car dealers our life. They knew that we are unable to fly out there in short period notice (my husband just diagnosed as having Renal Carcinoma Cancer) but one of sell's person name Arron told us to come down to the dealer. I got irritated with him that I told him: "I told you at beginning that we are from Wisconsin not from Washington. End - we got so angry that cancer the every thing and sing title of 1999 Cadillac to dealer because we know they will come up with some sort of more changes for our car being there. I will put all my experience with this dealer ship on "Twitter" PS. 1999 Cadillac is excellent condition -like new car.
