I'm unable to connect the numerous pictures, files, faxes and characters to and from Congroleum that I've because they are not within the approved types. I'd prefer to forward them to somebody if required. I bought the hardwood in quetion in March.instantly I discovered lacerations, chips, peeling, etc. And called Congroleum. Their inspector attributed it on installment and preservation; killing any obligation. Remember this tile was FRESH. Like a goodwill gesture and after several telephone calls, they ultimately did provide me a reimbursement for that hardwood and installment, however they never accepted their hardwood is faulty and it is an issue standing on track deterioration. Today I've to invest a great deal of cash to get rid of this hardwood and place in a brand new subfloor at my cost since the subfloor might not be useful.
I'd like everyone to understand about that hardwood so that they do not create the same error i did so and purchase it. It's not inexpensive.
