When we were purchasing a home, this dispute caused us an issue. We contacted the company, which found NO issue with our credit with them. The company stated that it found no past or present payment problems; however, the credit report stated that a dispute had been sent to FCBA on the company's behalf.
We would like this taken off our credit report.
