Beware of a Return Authorization form they want signed and faxed before they will issue an RMA#. I called on 12/15 requesting an RMA# and I was told it would take a week. When I didn't receive it, I called and they said I didn't fill out the form. What form??? They never mentioned it on my initial call. They faxed the formto me andI immediatelyreturned it. It took a phone call and two emails to finally get my return authorization number. As instructed, I mailed the item back to the manufacturerand the USPS tracking shows they received it on 12/23. It is 1/8 and still no refund. I have sent three emails asking for the status and keep getting the run-around. The only good thing is this is a $28 item. I would hate to have more on the line than this. Everything seems to be a back order, but they charge your credit card immediately. Hmmmm... Sounds like they need to float the funds for a while? Same with the returns. Hold onto the money as long as possible for the float on the funds and wait until the customer is really angry, then refund it?
I don't care if this was the last place on earth I could find a tool I need. I wouldnot purchase anything from them again.
