I work very hard for my money. I saved for a while and decided to buy a hot tub that my family had wanted for a long time and I had wanted to surprose them with it. I paid over 2000 dollars for the hot tub in July. The product was advertized at www.valuepointdistribution.com and the time for delivery was to be between 6-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, I called periodically multiple times, each time the rep (Todd or Greg) would promise to call me back with the information and never did. Todd LoGuidice was the one who took the order and Greg would later reply that he could take a message but when I asked if Todd is still working there, Greg would say that he cannot tell me that! He also said that he cannot give me any info on my order. I emailed customer service at [email protected] and called them at 1800 501 2067 and 1888-611-8827 and left multiple messages, but no one ever emailed or called back.
