I ordered a spa from Value Point in November. After 4 months (!) the spa arrived without a hard cover. You can't get a live voice on their 1-800 # so all correspondence is by email. After an additional 6 weeks, here's the last email from V.P. (They gave up on me but they kept my money.) ...
