Ordered a pool pump, and the item came to me with sealant tape on the threaded entry ports, water inside, and bits of leaves. The rear of the motor had a dent in it and scratches. Clearly this was installed, but I was made to be a liar.
I called to report this, and have a reshipment, assuming an honest mistake. I was given first the run around, then a very rude treatment by the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that he "doesn't take calls". Finally I was told I could be called back in the morning. No call came. So I tried calling back only to find busy signals. I tried calling for 4 days (including weekends, no one's there) When I finally get through, I was exasperated! I demanded to speak to a manager - and then, I was hung up on!
I have sent countless emails as well. I did receive one reply that implied that i was lying - that I changed my mind or something, and didn'twant the pump. I want the pump, just not a used one!
This is my last resort, to shame this shameful company into responding or at least warn others of my experience at poolsupplyworld.com
