Here is my feedback on poolsupplies.com aka Leisure Living. My experience in purchasing a pool pump is very negative. We purchased our pool pump last May, and installed it in July. Our previous pump laste 14 years. We closed our pool the end of August and now just reopened it in July again to find out the pump is not working. We called the company and they said they would call us back but no one did. We then left several messages and not a single call back. We then had to take the pump to a store where the price to fix it was over half of the value of the pump and we also found out the pump parts were way outdated and no longer existed, and the company that made the pump no longer existed so it was probably bought at a company that went out of business. Our pump was under warranty and the company failed to even give us the courtesy of a call back, with perhaps a little direction on how we could fix it ourselves. We are very unhappy with the service and may I also add that the strenght of the pump in no way compares with the one we had but it was listed the same horsepowe, the pool water is not rotating like it used to with our last pump. Bottom line, do not buy from here. If I had received a call back at least, to assist, it would have been considerate. They say they are waiting to help you with your needs? No, they just want to resell you problems and not respond. Do not buy from here
