I purchased a summer escapes pool from walmart on May 19, I had the pool put up a week later. 2 days after the pool was up and the kids got in one time, the pump went out!!! Just died, nothing no noise or anything!!! Thank goodness I kept my receipt because when I called in this is the first thing they asked for, so I scan it and sent it to them, 2 weeks still no pump, My kids want to swim in the pool its so hot! But still nothing, so I call and they say they never got it, they will have someone call me back, yeh whatever good luck with that, I never get a call, so I call back, they say well maam, we will send a pump out now, this is about 4 weeks later, so the pool water hasnt been filtered, dirty water, kids can't swim. We finally get the pump about 6 days later. Yay im excited, maybe my kids and enjoy the pool with their dad before he deploys, so we hook it up and its very strong and filtering away, we let it run for about 4 hours, and the kids get it, mind you we have refilled the the pool, so another 4000 gallons of water we are going to have to pay for, the kids swim for 2 days, we leave and go on vacation for 3 days, come back turn and the pump and NOTHING!!! The pump is out again!!! This is the second pump, and guess what, now my husband is getting ready to leave, and they wont even pick up the phone i have been on hold for 2 hours all week! SO HE DOESNT GET TO ENJOY THE POOL WITH THE KIDS, i CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE, so no pool for the kids at all, I want my 279.00 back! We have been able to get in the pool 4 times and that is it!
