Went out and set up a network, was asked to do extra work at no extra pay. All they did the first time was use the systems that I was suppose to fix. After 3 hours of errors. I was rewarded with a bunch of complaints at dispatch. Went back out and had to redo whole job because Mr. Or Mrs Lentz reset the computer. After 8.5 hours on site in total nothing more was said about any problems till I got notice that the check bounced. Thinking it was a mistake I called no answer was in area stopped by to fix problem.
Mr Lentz greeted me at the door in boxers nothing else and told me the computer messed up so it was my fault so he stopped payment on check. After talking to him he admitted he reset the computer to a earlier date but it was still my fault. I offered to fix it upon which he said no and slammed the door on my finger. I hit the door then went to my car and had the joy of seeing a crazy man run down his sidewalk in his boxers where every third step or so his junk popped out the front to say hello. He was holding a cell phone behind him self like a gun or something. I told him he needed to stop acting like a asshole and go back inside before he did something retarded.
I left and called police as I knew he would. After the police talked to him I was called where they told me that I should not go there again. He had told them I stole data, told him I was going to harm him, and steal from his bank accounts. Mr. Lentz then put up false and degrading reviews about my company online. Most of which I have had removed.
I filed suit against the Lentz and was awarded the case. Yet Mr. Lentz still refuses to pay because he thinks he can appeal small claims. He is dishonest and crazy you would do good to avoid this company and both of these people.
