Jim Lentz, Debb Kidd-Lentz Failure, state of not functioning, omission of required action, greed, selfish, amateur, crude, unprofessional, not qualified

I was purchasing a home the Era Lentz group was my agent. The listing agent told Debb Kidd of Era Lentz the bank that owned the property would be paying for s boundary survey due to previous issue with neighbors. Rge agent made the offer. Sell and never followed up with the selling agent to make sure all promised were kept. The agent was hungry for money, casught up in greed and just want to make a sell. The owner Jim Lentz was very rude, nasty and arrogant when I spoke with him, he was paid dearly too.

Research the realtor you choose when looking to but or sell and home. Its all about the Benjamin's.

I feel violated and now I have to spend out of pocket because of an incompetent agent and realtor group.
