I ordered a PC through HP online. When they delivered to my house, the package looked like a used box with several holes and random writing and it was already open on the bottom.
After calling HP Customer Services, I was directed to online chat support. It was so slow and the agent rarely answered my questions directly—often when asking questions about apples, their reply was regarding oranges. Over an hour conversation, we achieved almost nothing. Finally, I gave up. It is disappointing that HP used to be a reputable name but the quality of their customer service does not match up.
