Contractor warned us about other contractors and became the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. He did not return calls, stetched the 2 week job out over 4 months, hired shabby subs and then didn't pay them.in fact one filed a lien and then a suit to collect $1,000. The workmanship is inferior at best, the wall is not straight and the landscaping looks like a kindergarten art project. He told people we didn't pay him so they came knocking on our door. Now I have to hire an attorney to defend myself against his sub-contractors.
