I purchased a two-year agreement with Option home warranty. I paid all at one time instead of monthly obligations. I'd a problem with my damaged stove. CHW directed anyone to my house who informed me the stove was damaged by regular ware and split plus they might purchase a brand new one for me personally. Fourteen days later I contact CHW to obtain a up-date, they stated they didn't understand who they delivered to my home as well as for me togo forward and employ my very own company to complete the job plus they might settle me. 24 hours later they named and stated they discovered anyone to arrived at my house and support me. The 2nd guy arrived explained exactly the same this whilst the first. I waited fourteen days once more for my new stove, subsequently named them to get a up-date. Subsequently CHW explained it had been not protected since my stove that were working good for 5 years have been born improperly. I questioned this. Subsequently CHW directed me a mail informing me it had been not protect since it was a preexisting condition. I needed to consult with a boss and that I was informed you might contact me in 24 hours. I had been informed this 4 different occasions. They hasn't called me back. Today I've been attempting to stop my support contract together for more than 7 month today. I had been advised I'd to deliver a notice of cancelation. I delivered exactly the same notice three-time, the final time i delivered it certified mail. CHW however tell me they've not gotten my notice. Once more I've been informed a boss will-call me in 24 hours.inside agreement it says I'm eligible for a professional rata refund. And so I imagine the longer they delay the more income they reach maintain??? The corporation has got the toughest customer support, really no client service whatsoever. I really believe they're a FRAUD.
