Dont waste your time and money. ECM is incompetent and dishonest. On March 1, I called to schedule an appointment to repair my clothes washer. It would not progress to the next cycle. I had to manually move the dial to get it to work. They scheduled and showed up as promised on March 2. He said he fixed it. NOT ~ it was the same as before he came. Next time he came he decided to order a timer. On March 18, he arrived with the part, but said it was damaged. On March 30, they installed the part. But when I went to wash my clothes it was still broken. They then said they would need two men to move it. On April 7, they took it to their shop. A few days later they called and said the tub was not covered and it would cost $333. I told them NO. I looked up the price online and found out it was way overpriced. They replaced the timer. They finally brought it back on April 14. It works but now makes a loud noise. I am so disappointed in ECM and the "repair" that they did. It took over six week of aggravation. My experience with ECM has been terrible. They state that they will provide unlimited service calls and will replace any covered appliance they cannot repair. That is Untrue!
