I purchased a sign from this seller. They collected my payment and never sent the item. I was told the item would ship in 10 days.

I emailed them several times over a 7 week period and asked when I would get the item and by what means they were shipping it. They never responded to any of my inquiries nor refunded my money when I canceled after 8 weeks..
