One would expect to have the highest level of service and the highest level of quality when ordering through one of Martha Stewart's online stores. That is not the case - Martha Stewart Crafts filled my order incorrectly, and is now requiring me to pay the cost of returning the item they sent in error.
When I called customer service for help, I was treated rudely. When I asked to have the cost of postage refunded to me, since I am required to pay out of my own pocket to return the items that Martha Stewart Craft wrongly sent to me, I was told that I was lucky to be receiving a refund for the original postage.
This is not a case where an item failed to meet the buyer's expectations, Martha Stewart Crafts simply sent the wrong item, and they admit it. Why should I have to pay for something I didn't order?
