Sir, I’m Arjun P. S from Shoranur, Kerala. I have purchased a HP Compaq CQ40-425TU on from your dealer ie Southern Computers, City centre, Thrissur, Kerala (Invoice no. 104, Date: 31/08) with a guarantee period of one year.
I’m sorry to inform you that now my system has got some problem with its display. I have approached your service centre (LAP CARE, Shoranur Road, Thrissur), for the necessary repair and I was told that the damage was physical and cannot be covered by the guarantee, hence need a replacement. I’m very much sure that nothing such damage has occurred from my part. So I strongly believe that as this is not a physical damage it should be covered within the warranty. I humbly request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.
