Ripoff no os software hd backup errors recovery cd does not work replacement either bad support

Compaq & HP's Recovery Cd's do not work replacement CD's are Bad too. We have bought several compaq's & HP computers (replacement) from BestBuy and hhGregg All we have ended up with is one big problem for my company the recovery on the hard drive does not work and to top it off THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE OS
ON DISK.

We have tried to solve this problem, and tried to get our money back with no luck. We went to a local manufacturing company to have all 45 (forty five) computers built. We will never buy dime store computers again. Hp & Compaq prey on people
who do not know much about PC.

TO SUM IT UP THEY ARE A RIPOFF
We are still waiting for our refund.
