GB fabrics are beautiful, but so frustrating to work with. I have ordered multiple times and each time the more than $100/ yd fabric has been delivered damaged. GB makes no attempt to correct this problem — most other companies actually care about their client base and will replace the fabric while they submit a shipping claim. Their policy seems to be to make designers lives frustrating, while dragging their heels so that the paperwork takes forever. As a designer this ends up being a waste of my time, a loss in fees, and having very annoyed / frustrated clients. With all the fabric out there — just find another vendor.
