I had a technician named RAJA, employee #0888487, come to fix the dryer today for which I am very pleased to say he was a very polite, knowledgeable and very respectful. I was observing all the time, and he worked with assurance and knowledge of what he was doing. Now the dryer is working well again. He also suggested if I wanted to have the refrigerator's water filter cleaned at the time and if I wanted to add a coverage for the fridge of $40 to which I agreed to. He cleaned the debris accumulated under the fridge and answered the questions I asked him about it. Very good employee!!
