Closing on the dream house was all to easy. Living in it and repairing the builders sub-par construction has been all but easy.
These are old views of the driveway waving goodbye. It has gotten much worse!
We bought the hose 3 years ago and since that date I've had a host of problems arise. I have repaired all but the original problems that Paul (the builder) promised to fix over 2 years ago (dating back to Jan. 2001)
These problems mainly consist of foundation cracks and the driveway was poured on a mound of fill and construction debris. His promises to repair these things have gone un-fullfilled, as a result I have extreme erosion problems that are threatening to collapse my driveway and wash my foundation away.
Heck, I just want him to fix the problem permanently, like agreed upon 2 years ago.
