I purchased a mobile home in March. With the home purchase, I also bought a "Home Warranty", from "America Home Shield". After one year, they asked me to renew it for another $385.00, which is the so called Premier service that includes A/C.
Well, I started having problems with the A/C, as I noticed it was leaking down, through my furnace, causing it to rust out. It also caused my floor in the utility closet to rot out. So, now, the entire unit is leaning to the right, about one inch. AHS is saying that the problem of why it is leaking is because my floor being rotted is causing it to lean, and not drain properly through the condensation line, when in actuality, the leak caused the floor to rot, which is causing the unit to lean! It is definately their problem, and I am going to begin litigation against them. I feel very strongly about this. I have tried several times to resolve this matter to no avail.
