Alberto came for service to my fridge. He diagnosed both my doors were not closing properly and went right to work on correcting both problems. When my fridge was delivered a yr ago, it was not set up properly and Alberto took the time to set it up properly so both doors would close when they were opened 6" or less. Also he improved the seal on my freezer door, which I greatly appreciate! He was very prompt, went right to work and was a good representation for Sears.
