My iPod was repaired and returned to me. Its repaired and I hope it stays that way.
I like to do business straight up. That's how i deal with my customers. KingiPOD does not provide, even offer an invoice. You must print and fill out your own work order and that must suffice for your invoice. That doesn't cut it with me.
The webpage indicates that major credit cards are accepted. Not so. Patrick insisted that I us paypal which I will not ever do. I had a paypal account. It was hack by some schumk in china and though Paypal dealth with the matter and refunded my money - I'm done.
I wanted to pay with a credit card. No deal, though his webpage clearly has mc, visa logos. No checks. I had to send a money order and i still didn't receive an invoice. It took 10 days for my ipod to return. Patrick likes the united states postal service. I fedex'd my dead ipod to him.
Not a good way to do business with customers. Not a bad experience, just a pain in the ass.
