Grassbgreen.com Scott told me what I needed, took my money and then sent the wrong size and now won't answer my calls

My sister saw this website online and told me about it. I called them and spoke with the owner named Scott. I told him that I needed to cover a 1,200 sq. Ft. Area and he told me I'd need the QUART bottle which sold for $79.00 plus shipping. That was the same info my sister had told me from his website info. So, I gave him my credit card info and he said he'd ship the QUART bottle out right away.
Now, I have to admit, he did send it in a very timely manner... However even though I'd paid for the QUART sized bottle and the invoice that was included in the box said QUART bottle, he only sent me the 8 OZ. Sized bottle!
So, I tried calling him back for the next couple of days, twice a day and always leaving a message on his voicemail (he NEVER picks up the phone, only calls you back when you want to order). My sister even left him info regarding this situation from using the fill in form from his website that's listed under "contact us".
