I assume that customer service and satisfaction have gone completely out the door, the price of service rendered continue to increase, while the service offered to the consumer continues to decrease on a major level. I had to take a pair white jeans back on three occasions, and they still didn't get them correct, 1st) no starch added, jeans looked washed and hung on a hanger to dry, 2nd) no starch, worst then if I had ironed them myself with some tab water. 3rd) starched with stains of blue residue down both legs of the jeans, clerk stated that they were already like that, and I could take them home and wear and he wouldn't charge me the next time, "wrong answer" he stated fine, he would soak them in bleach and redo, shortly afterward I decided to just take them as is, assuming they may come up missing on the next go round. (the jeans are Ralph Lauren Men Jeans $79), he continue to state bring back I will do for free, he refused to issue me a refund for the poor service as he continue to talk on the phone thoroughout his like of service provided. Anyhow, I suppose this is what the service offered has boiled down to!!!
